Marula Fruit Cosmetics
Marula Industries has developed processes enabling the manufacture of cosmetic products, oils, and food supplements using the marula fruit. One of the company's first products is an anti-aging cream ordered by a European distributor. Additional skincare products have also been developed. The marula tree has been domesticated by the group led by Professor Yossi Mizrahi from the Ben-Gurion University. The research, led by the Ardom Institute and Professor Michael Aviram of the Technion, has proven that the marula fruit has significant health benefits. Marula Industries is part of the TechForGood Rally Accelerator.
