Jordan Valley Semiconductors Ltd provides metrology solutions for thin films based on novel, rapid, non-contacting, and nondestructive X-ray technology for the semiconductor industry. Seventy-five percent of the worlds top 25 semiconductor manufacturers rely on Jordan Valley metrology tools for front-end and back-end applications, including development of next-generation thin films. The companys QC3 system won the 2013 CS Industry Metrology, Test, and Measurement Award. In 2008, Jordan Valley acquired Bede, a supplier of high-resolution XRD metrology solutions for the semiconductor and compound semiconductor markets. In October 2015, Bruker announced its acquisition of Jordan Valley Semiconductors. In 2016 the acquired company changed its name to Bruker JV Israel Ltd.
