Solution for Regulating Voice Channel Demand
IChoozU offers a SaaS designed to work across networks to regulate the demand for voice channels. When a caller hits send, the IChoozU system checks the presence and availability of the phone being dialed. If the other side is free, the call will go through, but if they are unavailablefor any reason, callers will receive a message asking if they wish to be notified when the other party becomes available. The companys solution is technology independent and does not require installation within the cellular network or require any action by the operator.
