Habitu is developing an interactive communication platform to help inform, engage, track, and personalize the patient experience while driving interventions based on behavior predictions in decentralized environments such as home hospitalization and clinical trials. Habitu's platform is designed to provide a seamless, continuous flow of information between the patient, supporting care circle (e.g. family), and medical or clinical teams, both on-site and off, along with self-treatment recommendations. The platform manages the patient's commitment to treatment, predicts treatment dropout, provides alerts and actionable insights to the medical or clinical staff, and recommends a mix of automated and human interventions.
