Software for Viewing Personal Genomic Data
GeneG software allows users to browse theirown genome. Users upload theirgenomic DNA sequence in the form of a variant call format file onto the company'sweb server at GeneG.org. Afterinstalling the GeneG application (available for iOS and Android), userswill receive the interpreted and queried genomic information. GeneG was created in the Shomron laboratory at the Faculty of Medicine at Tel Aviv University, Israel.
