Fonety is a web-based marketing solution that enables sales representatives to create an instant digital channel with their customers during a phone call. Fonety aims to enhance the customer experience by enabling visual interaction during the call. Fonetys platform initiates the digital channel by sending an SMS to the customer with a link to a branded mobile web app. Through that app, the customer can instantly receive media from the representative. After the call ends, the shared content can be easily accessed and shared by the customer, and the representative is notified in real time about every interaction. In addition, an instant messaging channel is created between the representative and the customer through Facebook Messenger.
