High-endurance Hybrid Drones
FlyWorks has developed and patented a novel approach to powering multi-rotor drones with a gas engine. This technology combines the capabilities of gasoline with the safety and simplicity of a multi-rotor design.
The system operates by providing most of the power required for flight from an internal combustion engine, while a limited electric drive system provides additional power for maneuvering.
