Exodigo is creating an advanced subsurface imaging platform that can generate a precise and digitally-located 3D map of hidden assets without causing any disturbance to the surface. By integrating multi-sensor fusion and artificial intelligence technologies, the platform enables faster and more accurate mapping, resulting in significant cost savings and reduced damages caused by unnecessary digging.
The system is versatile and can identify objects of any size buried in any type of terrain, ranging from pipes and cables to soil layers, rocks, minerals, and groundwater, regardless of the environment, be it a busy urban area or a vast rural landscape.
Exodigo's primary aim is to minimize the number of design changes due to unexpected utilities, thus reducing the risk and carbon footprint of the entire project. By eliminating needless drilling and incorrect equipment usage, the accuracy of the initial mapping is improved, and interactions with utility firms can be kept to a minimum. Furthermore, the platform's precision results in safer excavations and speedy verification of subcontractors' work performance, known as "as-made" validation.
