Elbit Vision Systems (EVS) developed automatic optical inspection solutions used in the production and quality control of specialty fabrics, apparel, home furnishings, non-woven materials, flooring, composite materials, glass-fiber fabrics for printed circuit boards, plastic films, and metals. The computerized vision technology aimed at detecting defects and improving production efficiency. Uster Technologies acquired EVS in 2018. Since then, EVS started operations under the name of Uster Technologies.
