EndoCross develops and markets solutions to treat challenging lesions, including chronic total occlusions (CTOs). Its first product, the ENABLER-P Catheter System, is CE marked and designed for use in the peripheral vasculature, including above-the-knee and below-the-knee vessels. The company is also introducing the ENABLER-C Catheter System for use in coronary environments.
The ENABLER technology can advance a guidewire in challenging environments, including crossing long and severely calcified CTOs. Using traditional balloon technologies, EndoCross has developed a balloon designed to provide guidewire support, centralization, and controlled advancement.
The full ENABLER Catheter System comprises the ENABLER-P Catheter, the ENABLER Pressure Control Unit, a syringe set, and a sterile cover.
