Cross River Israel develops technological infrastructures within the fintech industry. Providing real-time solutions for various financial services, including payments, credit cards, and loans. We have 900 employees, 180 of whom are based in the R&D center at the Jerusalem offices.
Cross River strives to cultivate a work environment that fosters equal opportunities and fairness, beginning with our diverse human capital. Currently, women occupy approximately 43% of the total technological positions within our development center, with some even leading teams. We take pride in having more female directors for software development than male directors.
