Comilion is a developer of cyber threat detection and research technologies. Its platform is a fully decentralized solution for collaborative security in regulated markets. Comilion creates exclusive networks that enable highly secured peer-to-peer or group data sharing between or within enterprises. Through tight integration with enterprise SIEMs and big data repositories, Comilion identifies threat indicators, malicious activity, and critical structured and unstructured security-related trends. It then leverages a customizable, rule-based sharing policy and multi-jurisdictional regulation enforcement and correlates these trends across all vetted community members. In January 2017, Comilion was acquired by Dell-EMC in order to integrate the Comilion sharing and collaboration platform into its offering for national Computer Emergency Readiness Teams (CERT) and cyber security operations centers (SOC).
