Empowering Communication for the Deaf
Coda is developing a cloud-based AI platform for real-time translation of written and spoken language into sign language. Deaf and hard-of-hearing communities often struggle to access content with audio, such as video or podcasts. Coda integrates directly with live broadcasts and recorded media, producing sign-language translations through AI-driven avatars. Avatars can also be customized to reflect different ethnic and cultural characteristics.
The system recognizes and translates complex sentences into sign language gestures, providing seamless communication and ensuring accessibility for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community across various platforms.
