CleanFlare is an AI-based pilot flame and gas-firing monitoring and control system. Designed for use by the oil, natural gas, and chemical industries and with ground-level, elevated, or offshore flare stacks, CleanFlare can meet any customer installation requirement or environmental condition.
The robust and accurate monitoring and control system uses multispectral imagers and sets of sensors to autonomously, continuously, and accurately monitor the health of a flare in real time. CleanFlare’s embedded PLC sends control feedback to the production line for improved flame quality.
When indicating the existence of a pilot flame, destruction efficiency, and smoke, CleanFlare maintains its heightened levels of accuracy even when the flare is in direct line with the sun or subjected to high winds and inclement weather. The solution is installed remotely from the flare stack, does not interfere with everyday flare operation, requires little to no maintenance, and self-configures, making it exceptionally efficient and economical.
