Cappitech is the developer of Capptivate, a cross-regulation platform through which brokers, banks, asset managers, and corporations can report millions of trades a day. The platform checks client trade data information for errors, enriches it with reference data, and reformats it to meet regulatory specifications. A report is then submitted to an approved reporting mechanism or trade repository to be shared with regulators. The Capptivate platform also analyzes all reported trades using market data sourced from industry-leading market-data providers and calculates the best strategy for meeting different compliance obligations.
