Cannabis Cultivation Facilities
Cannpany is using patented technology to develop the Cannpany Cultivation Center for cannabis cultivation. The companys platform is designed to increase profits and yields at a lower operating cost than other cultivation centers. The companys technology enables the operation of a field of dual-sided panels mounted on solar trackers. One side is a mirror (heliostat) that guides natural light through the solar reflecting tower to the plants; the second side is a photovoltaic (PV) panel producing clean power. As solar radiation changes seasonally and hourly, the dual-sided tracker solution allows the companys software, based on a heliostat/PV ratio algorithm, to optimize the growth potential of the plant while using any surplus solar radiation to produce clean power. Cannpanys technology is designed primarily for cannabis, but may be suitable for other crops as well.
