We aim to create a platform on which both parties: providers and customers, can easily establish an 'online interactive contract' that facilitates, verifies, and enforces the negotiations and performances of their contract. Using our platform, both parties agree on the terms that important to them. According to that, their mutual contract will be automatically built, without lawyers. The contract is automatically transferred into a process. Our platform follows that process as a third party and helps both sides during it, indicating on which side has a responsibility to fulfill. Eventually, the platform leads both parties to the requested mutual outcome.
