Technology for Boosting Performance of IoT Devices
Annapurna Labs has developed a new Alpine platform-on-chip technology and related subsystems designed for low-power IoT-connected products in the home and office. The companys Alpine chips can support up to four ARM processors alongside various networking devices, with the goal of boosting performance for routers and residential devices that are otherwise limited in their computing power. The chips are primarily designed for low-power devices used for storage and networking.
