The companys diagnosis and customer care system includes a five-minute comprehensive microscopic examination, which is performed without shaving, epilation, or biopsy. The treatment is based on achieving an optimal balance in the scalp and hair roots.
The customer care system consists of several key elements. In the first stage, the scalp is examined using an advanced system for checking the scalp and hair condition using a microscopic P50 device. The second stage involves automatic examination of the images to determine hair follicle status, shaft thickness, and scalp condition. In the third stage, a treatment plan is developed, taking into account both the clients background, including possible inherited diseases, and the computers analysis of the image data.
